One 2BR/1BA and three 1BR/1BA, a housing apartment community that was built in 1963 and significantly renovated in 2018. The property is individually metered, extensively xeriscaped and has single-story units. The renovation included exterior and interior paint, windows, doors, flooring, tub surrounds, light and plumbing fixtures, electric and gas appliances. The units also have individual hot water heaters, washer/dryer hookups, individual outside storage, security front screen doors and private gated front patios. Tile "wood" look throughout. Each unit gets one parking spot that is designated in the back and non designated street parking.

NON-SMOKERS ONLY! No big dogs (breed must be approved). Maximum 2 pets per apartment. An additional pet deposit and pet rent apply. Clean background check required. The credit score must be above 550 and NO prior evictions. Renters Insurance is required. Deposit and monthly rent are paid through Appfolio as we do not have a leasing office on the property.
