They really do a nice job with maintenance of houses, making sure people keep their front yards clean for appearance and their customer service building is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything from guidelines to making a claim. Everybody is very friendly and loves to talk. There’s no loud noises especially at night so it’s easy to fall asleep. There is neighborhood meetings, picnics and garage sales. Everybody seems to participate in that function. "
