Nice walking/biking/cross-country skiing neighborhood next to Coastal Trail. A lot of vegetation for birds and moose. Only 5-10 minutes to downtown and 5-10 minutes to airport. Easy access to to South Anchorage shopping. Close to midtown shopping and eating out while not a midtown neighborhood. New businesses and remodeled shopping centers nearby but far enough away to be purely quiet residential."
