Not to mention the, concerts at Red Butte garden, the many University activities: sports events concerts, and motorcycle events at the stadium and super easy access to the mountain range and very little traffic jambs.     "It’s a great neighborhood for dogs because there’s a lot of other dogs around. A park is near by and there are plenty of trees for potty breaks. Also everyone looks out for each other’s dogs. If my neighbor is working a late shift I take her dogs out potty for her. "
