    "We lived here for two years, planning to purchase while renting, but landlord needed his home back. :( The area is super for active individuals and community events. They have their own fairs, marathons, bike-a-thons, outdoor movies for the community, yard sales for the community and privacy, and tons of hiking. Air quality is miles above that of the valley. You can look down into the valley and see the green smog, or look up and see the hang gliders. There is always a breeze blowing for the pure sense of the outdoor life. Plus, you will be halfway between Draper and Alpine. What could be better? (Let me help you-- "Nothing!") "
