    "There are often great events. The Upper Darby High School annual flea market is great. Our State Representative often gives Wellness and "Get to Know" your neighbor events. There is also an annual Multi Cultural event held at 69th and Market sts filled with multi cultural vendors brings life to this Great American Melting Pot just blend with love! Great neighborhood!"

    "monitor your children's moves as we are close to the city, I have not personally had any issues but do know some people that have. I have lived here over 10 years and I love the community the cops are nice and its great for kids to see those positive role models, the community is also very diverse."

    "As far as I know there hasn't been any kind of events. There is hardly any parking due to cars that has been left on the street since 2015 and 2017. Trash isn't collected but once every other week. The driveway has tremendous huge holes and alot of trash. "

    "I live in the Bywood section of UD, pay high school taxes & because of the quality of the middle & elementary schools I pay to send my children to Catholic school. I’m very disappointed in the schools in this neighborhood. I’ve lived here in the 90’s & moved back in 08 and there has been a considerable decline in the neighborhood & quality of life. Crime has increased considerably. "

Amenities: The building was clean, elevator old, I like the apartment that I was shown. Hope carpet is put in livingroom. Appliances need updating..Overall its nice..
