"I love the area it is very convenient. I have lived here for almost 8 years. The only reason I’m looking for a new place is some change. I was helping my other with her health at the last place and her care is no longer needed. Just looking for a fresh start with a very responsible house hold . Our shared commute is less than half an hour which isn’t an issue. "

3/5 Amenities
4/5 Building Manager
Amenities: The rooms were nice; some had sun rooms that would add a nice amount of additional space. But the closet space in the smaller units, really didn't exist- but had larger, more "open kitchens". The larger units had galley style kitchens, and bathrooms w/the only entrance via the bedroom. The mailboxes, I was told "don't really close", due to their age, which was problematic for me personally. The chipping paint, and cobb-webbed corners of the lobby made me quite weary of the condition of the units, but I was pleasantly surprised at their cleanliness. Parking also seemed iffy, with a small "first come first served" lot in the rear and metered on street around the building. Over all they were nice, but I wasn't wowed.
