"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost a year. It seems like a mix of long-term renters, owners and UMass Students (and they are good neighbors.) Walking distance to the river, which is beautiful. I wish a drugstore or convenience store were closer. The nearby 7-11 seems a little sketchy. But, it’s ok. Overall, this is a great city neighborhood."

Amenities: Just OK. Carpets and flooring - good. Cabinets good in ONLY 1 out of 3 units I saw. In the 1 good unit there was a big dent in one door, and a closet door was just hanging loosely not on the bottom runner as it should have been. I pointed both out to the manager. Just 1 manager for 5 or 6 buildings! Good unit had electric heat - too expensive for me. So, I had to PASS on this property. Pool was there but small. Is on a bus line but far from downtown area. College kids rent there which may or may not suit older folks. Oh, no elevators, 3 flights of stairs with landings in between.
