Don't be misled by like other "high end" buildings in our area that there is little to no soundproofing, and you hear everything inside your unit! Ours have heavy-duty, thick cement floors to help dampen sounds and each unit has a special barrier under the flooring to help with soundproofing. Also, our SOLID WOOD doors are not only imported from Turkey and beautiful but assist in the soundproofing too.

PERFECTLY POSITIONED, One-half block east is Lake Shore Drive, Foster Beach, lakefront trails & sports activities. It's .4 miles or less than a 10-minute walk to the El & CTA stations. You're also in the heart of Uptown's restaurants & entertainment all within a 10-minute walk.

UNITS, Clean Scandinavian looks of light toned, wide plank wood flooring and high ceilings for an open look. Beautiful built in bedroom wardrobe cabinets with a linen-like finish and bathroom & kitchen cabinetry have unique wood grains and finishes. Contemporary polished silver hardware & self-closing kitchen drawers, granite countertops, stainless steel premium Samsung appliances to a very sleek bathroom floating vanity and round sink make the experience of living here like staying at a high-end hotel. Don't forget the enclosed IN-UNIT BOSCH washer & dryer!

We make every effort to keep our buildings at their peak performance so you enjoy every moment in comfort.

LEASE TERMS, 6-, 12-, & 18-month options. A total of 48 units in a 6-story midrise building with a front patio and all entrances with security and cameras.

ASK ABOUT OUR SPECIAL OFFERS!

AMENITIES, We're under construction of UPGRADING and furnishing the Community Room, Fitness Center and Storage Rooms. All benefits included in your rent. We're on target for their grand openings, January 2022. A great way to start the New Year!

"This area is still up and coming.... there are a lot of homeless people around and they are often aggressive and uncomfortable. So I stay home at night and don't walk around. I've had 5 men try to intimidate me in the alleyway that i have to use to get to my apartment, I've seen another homeless man use the bathroom (number 2) in that same alleyway. I can't wait to get out of this area. I'm sure in time - it'll be better. But right now, it's not safe."
