    "The area is growing which means there is a lot of traffic, in the past year there have been at least four or five very nice apartments complexes that were built. Please be watchful of your children. There are a couple of movie theaters, recreational parks, churches, restaurants. "

    "I live here and it's a really beautiful and safe area. We have excellent views of the mountains and the neighborhoods are very well maintained. It's just on the other site of I-25 from the Air Force Academy. There are no jets at the academy, so there isn't any noise from there. If you like college football, it's right there too."

The HOA dues are very reasonable compared to other nearby areas.
