    "The summer brings about a transient community; homeless passing through. But they are not violent towards neighbors. They can become loud and belligerent towards each other, but largely they keep to themselves as they head from place to place, and the reality is, I’ve been living here for 7 years in the heart of Old Colorado City and never had a direct confrontation. My kids love playing outside in the front and back yards. It’s a beautiful and “cultural” (from That standpoint) place to raise a family."
