4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI do not expect perfection but sheesh!!I worked at this school, and when I say the "teacher" was rude and nasty towards me for no apparent reason.....No matter what I asked... (do you want me to do this, do you need that, I will get it... It was a NO!) then turned around and made a false complaint about me which forced me out of work for weeks until further notice.. The next course of action for them was a meeting. When I had this meeting to discuss what actually went on,.. I had my notes of here treatment as I already was not happy about her or her treatment.. I was not able to talk nor did my representative represent me! At the end of it all, I was told that I better not get in any more trouble OR ELSE he knew that what the "teacher" wrote was true. INVALIDATING EVERYTHING THAT I STAND FOR. I STAND UP FOR THE CHILDREN.. THEY ARE THE ONES I SERVE. I DO NOT LIKE BULLIES AND THEY HAVE ONE AS A TEACHER. I WILL NOT CALL NAMES BECAUSE SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS AND THE WORST PART IS SHE WORKS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. SHAME ON YOU. SHAME ON THE SYSTEM AS WELL. YOU WHO LET IT HAPPEN. HOME SCHOOL YOUR CHILDREN!!! Since I've worked in the school system and daycares.... I know what I know and I home school my children.. I refuse to let random people just push misleading and false information into my children's mind. PEACE AND LOVE TO ALL WE ARE ONE, SO EACH ONE TEACH ONE.Other Review10mo ago - Ps 297 Abraham Stockton

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe thought this was a great neighborhood school - the only one in the area that doesn't share space with another school. Because they are big they can offer a lot of options for electives and afterschool activities. They do a great job of not gatekeeping the more advanced courses. My daughter took and passed 4 regents tests in 8th grade which gives her a good foundation for high school. I think she worked harder and learned more in her 7th and 8th grade years than her freshman year in high school.Parent Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 89 Stockton St #2A.
