"It’s next to the golden gate park and it’s great to walk your do. It’s also not far from several different hikes that you can get to by car like lands end, baker beach and fort Funston. Not all people in this area follow the leash law which can be frustrating. "

"It’s a really lovely, family-friendly neighborhood. I’ve lived in the area for 13 years and I think it’s a really great community. The park is nearby which is fantastic and we have a little food maker in walking distance. Most of it is flat, so it is very walkable. And transit is very easy to get downtown or to the beach."

"I’ve lived here almost three years, and I still think to myself how lucky I am to live in such a cute, walkable, pretty neighborhood. Also the restaurants are amazing. "

"This is a great neighborhood, not too fancy, just a mix of people from all walks of life. Lots of dogs, kids, old and young people. Can be greatly impacted by large events in GG Park, which is a blessing and a curse. Well served by public transit. Summer weather pattern can be brutally cold and foggy - takes getting used to and can be frustrating for those not accustomed to the fog belt, but it does help keep the neighborhood from feeling too crowded. I should know as I’ve lived here for over 25 years. Definitely ‘home’ to me. "

"This is a college neighborhood with UCSF up the hill. It’s cold and foggy and the nights are blustery. If you’re looking for the sun you should live on the east side of twin peaks. "

There are things for you to do and see from beginning to end. The food here is delicious, too. There is something for every occasion."
