"Short, simple, and manageable. Our family has enjoyed living in this area... although in 3 years we’ve experienced our car being broken into, random person trying to take something from our patio, and random person doorbell on out door.. despite all of this, we still feel safe but always vigilant. "

"Dogs are welcomed in San Leandro. Lots of dog parks and biking trails in lake Chabot are great, San Leandro is in the middle of the east bay close to everything."

"There are a lot of dog walkers in our neighborhood. Sometimes the owners forget there dogs gifts on sidewalk which is unacceptable and unsanitary. Otherwise it’s a pet friendly neighborhood."

"A lot of neighborhood people walk dogs and run. Neighbors let you know if someone that they haven’t seen around much was in the neighborhood or looking around the house. Yard upkeep. Easy access to freeways."

"Easy access to freeways although its best to stay off them and take the back streets; convenient to shopping at local and shopping centers, Greenhouse, Bayfair, and Pacific Outlet. Good Private schools the public schools are the pits."
