New large washer and dryer. Walking distance to Splash water park and senior center. Very quiet neighborhood. 6-12 month minimum lease. The rental does not include the garage, which is currently storage for the owners. 1 Small dog under 25 pounds allowed with non refundable pet deposit. Pool maintenance provided by owner. 1st/last month rent & $1000 Security damage, $300 un-refundable pet deposit.

Water/sewer/electric/internet and/or cable cable to be put into lease applicants name. $150 monthly pool maintenance fee paid to owner for weekly maintenance. Solar panels provide adaquate power during normal usage.
$1500.00 security plus last months rent required for security deposit. One small mature dog under 20 lbs with a nonrefundable $300 pet deposit. Upon moveout home is to appear in same like appearance and cleanliness as when lease occurred and occupied. Minimum of 6 month lease. 45 days in advance notice if extending the lease for another amount of time. Rental insurance required. Only approved applicants may tour property. Drivebys acceptable.
