There is a $12.25 application fee for a credit report, a copy of which will be mailed to you. Our application will ask for the "Property" name in a drop down menu. Please select "MIDWAY VILLAGE". You can expect a response by email within 3 business days.

Everything you need is here and it eliminates the need to go to Albany unless you absolutely have to. Taxes are reasonable and major outings are average 20-25 minute drive in any direction.
