"It is a good mix of older established homes that are now being updated by new move ins. People often remodel or add on just to stay in this neighborhood. It is not an old neighborhood and also not a new subdivision. The shade trees line the road and people go for walks and say hello."

"I work in American Fork and drive there in my car mostly on the freeway. During my drive times the freeway is not too congested, and tragic flows at about 70 mph."

"This is definitely a college neighborhood, there can be crazy college kids in the area. Just the other day I was at my local gas station and there was a girl probably 20 years old who was high on coke. People are friendly and it’s definitely safe but be prepared for the unexpected, spontaneous, and sometimes irresponsible actions of young people. "

"there is plenty of room to walk a dog. the area is quiet. there is even a rather large park nearby. I can't really think of anything that they wouldn't like actually. there are a good number of people that also have dogs, and they like it also."

"I love this area. People are nice and mostly keep to themselves, but if you reach out, they are great neighbors. The schools are great. Close to the freeway and uvu and center street where there’s lots of restaurants and shopping access. You’ve got the Orem fitness center and a walking track where the mountains surround you! It’s a fairly safe great place to live:)"

"We’ve lived here for nearly three years and have loved it. Yards are well maintained, neighbors are friendly (regardless of religious beliefs), nothing we need is more than a 10 minute drive away, yet we’re far enough from the inner city that the stars are beautiful at night. Really great location."

"Great easy access to everything sometimes the traffic is a pain but bearable. I don’t have to drive that much be everywhere I go is easily accessible the only Problem is State Street gets so jampacked at the time everyone gets off work that sometimes you have to sit through like three and four times to get through."
