"Gatlinburg is a unique area that thrives on tourism. Housing in Gatlinburg is at a premium. The trolley system is easily accessible if you don’t want to drive into downtown. "

"One mile off a busy 4 lane highway, the only "bad" traffic is the wildlife (bear, deer, coyotes, ground hogs), and that is also why you don't go for walks after dark. Quiet but close to work, and we know all our neighbors, even if we don't hang out together. "

"We live here. Love it! Locals get discount at most stores in Gatlinburg. This neighborhood also features an owner's club with three pools, tennis courts and workout facilities. "
