"We have a swimming pool and tennis courts on site. Not a lot of children live in our neighborhood but everyone is so friendly. We are in a great location with a variety of eating spots close by. "

"It is a very calmed neighborhood, we have not have any problems with neighbors or anything. Kids can play safely outside. City should take better care of the areas that belong to city. "

"Anderson SC is a great area for families. Great schools. The church community is very strong and active. Close to Clemson University and Tri-County Technical College. Anderson University is an awesome and diverse community. Shopping and grocery stores are nearby. Great dining out. Mainstream hotel chains are represented quite well. Growing rapidly. Friendly people from all over the world. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood since I was 11 and then I got married and moved away for a bit but bought a house as soon as it was available....back in my childhood neighborhood. Most of the ones that lived here when I was a child, are still here. "
