"Trick or treating each year in our neighborhood is the only community event that I am aware of. I wish there were more. "

"Fallon is a great, rural community to live in. It has a great public charter school to attend that is K-12. The city has pockets of neighborhoods that needs to be improved, but overall people care & take care of their homes. "

"I would not live here for life. I rather be in FL, TX, or Mexico. This town is so small gossip is the fun thing to do in this town."

"There’s meth heads that constantly stroll neighborhoods and parking lots, pulling on car door handles so LOCK YOUR CAR. Mine has been burglarized twice."

"This is a great area. Close to everything, friendly, quiet and clean. Perfect neighborhood to raise a family or just enjoy a little quiet time. Close to everything and within walking distance of schools and parks. There are running and walking trails nearby. The traffic is minimal and it is a just an altogether great area! "

"I work and live here. Fallon is a nice place to raise a family; the location also hosts many people in transition, whether because of involvement with the military, or, simply passing through. The desert nights always cool the summer heat and provide a beautiful canopy of lights year round. There is a modern and well-staffed retirement facility and a local hospital in town. Come for a visit!"

"I work and live in Fallon. This small town is on the positive side of city improvements, especially at the intersecting streets for downtown which include new lighting, trees, landscaping with new sidewalks....and, for that matter, a systematic improvement for all intersections in the city that are handicap accessible with lowered lips on curbs for wheelchairs. NAS Fallon seems to be increasing in business with approvals for more flight training in the next three years. Churchill County (inclusive of the city of Fallon) is just completing a dry milk processing plant which recently increased the plans, and activities of many local ranchers/dairies. This old town in the old west offers great opportunities for raising children with proximity to larger cities. "
