"It has less apts than a lot of the neighborhoods. I feel safe walking my dogs at night but wouldn’t if I lived a few “blocks” over. "

"We've lived here for 12 years and still love it. The kids still have a blast trick or treating,and the older kids all get together to play in each others' yards or in the cul-de-sac."

"I see very few rental properties with pet waste stations on site, but at least there are plenty of pet stores and dog parks in the area. This neighborhood is filthy though. Too much broken glass and discarded metal for me to feel safe walking my dog."
