"I’ve lived on easterbrook for 3 years. A few sections with drug use. Lots of new construction that is beautiful unfortunately overpriced for economy "

"Old town Bay St. Louis is a scaled down version of Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. It's a little less rowdy and a lot more sophisticated. Lots of restaurants and clubs within walking distance. A real feel of community."

"It’s a diverse community, quiet and safe. It’s pet friendly and well kept. There are lots of kids and neighbors are all friendly. Manager is great. It’s comfortable and close to the beach. There are lots of weekend events and restaurants nearby. Overall a very charming place to visit or live. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 5 years and it's Horrible. trashy people every where, nasty yards, junked up yards, trash all over the sides of the roads, empty lots over grown rotten houses that should have been torn down years ago and the drugs , addicts, and drug dealers are taking over. "

"It’s southern hospitality in a beach town. You can ride your bike down to Main Street and there are cute little restaurants and shops. "
