"You need to have a vehicle in order to get around. Easy access to I95 and route 1. About 10 minutes to the highway. 31 minutes to Wells, Me. Walking distance to Long Sands Beach."

"Most neighbors are very friendly and strike up conversations with you. There's a lot of walkers and cyclists in the area as well as dog owners and families. I feel very safe in my neighborhood. There's not a lot of traffic zooming past, either!"

"You can walk to necessities very convenient in summer fall months , but winter you have to drive more because it’s seasonal on the beaches here. No public transportation . "

"Lived here for 22 years, and have operated a business here for 12. People are honest and hard working, family oriented, schools are great, and it’s centrally located near beaches, mountains, Boston and Portland. Active community who enjoy the outdoors and being on the water. "
