"This is a city with low traffic, not much heavy traffic, and I rarely come across traffic jam. People are friendly to follow the traffic rules, which helps to keep a good traffic condition, as I think."

"You will need a vehicle. There is no public transit system. It’s a nice little community with wonderful people. If you go looking for the negative, you will find it. "

"they love animals they are all over the neighborhood. dogs cats squirrels. the dogs do neighborhood communication. so very protected neighbor hood other then the sirens causing dogs to howl"

"Kid's have to walk to Sanford Middle School from where we are. It is a good school choice. In the past the drug dealers got booted out."

"It’s unique in that it provides the convenience of local stores for everyday shopping but also has some more rural areas to live. That being said, there aren’t many activities or restaurants nearby. "

"This area is at the heart of Maine surrounded by lakes, mountains and convenient (30 Minutes) to the ocean. Shopping is within 5 minutes and there are many other services and amenities located close by"

"This neighborhood is amazing. Quiet and vibrant at the same time. Walk to parks, baseball fields, farmer's market, yet plenty of privacy. Sanford has a great community atmosphere."
