"Traffic is nuts! Especially “in season “ Not sure what they were thinking with traffic management. Oh, they didn’t. Many drivers are lost, too old or never learned how to drive. They don’t even have the tech for emergency vehicles to change the stop lights prior to going through the intersection. "

"The privacy fences really are a blessing and it’s a quiet small neighborhood. Children roam without parents worrying for their safety. There is a park walking distance for kids to play and exercise. The neighborhood recycles. "
