"I think it is important for parents to know that Encino is a very nice place to live , but it also requires diligence to keep it this way as every part of LA has the potential for “petty crime” and issues with the homeless, so it takes a community to solve these issues that do sometimes appear in Encino. "

"Has a bus line that is close but the homeless abuse the transportation and It is not always safe however there are other bus lines that are safer to use but they are timed too far apart and don’t always run on schedule "

"Close distance to shops and freeways. Next to golf club and nature parks. The homes values are increasing every quarter with new families moving in do to the great schools. "
