"Everyone is friendly, honest (brings packages to your house if they received it by mistake) and the majority maintain their yards immaculately. No POA here but still everyone keeps their front yards clean and presentable which I really appreciate! "

"Some homes are custom built. We have a POA that includes a pool and playground. We’re only two miles from downtown but just far enough out that the neighborhood is quiet. There are many little children living here and playing outdoors a lot."
